Induction Programme 2022-23
Ilahia College of Engineering and Technology has inaugurated the Student Induction Programme (SIP‟22) for 21st Batch (2022-2026) of 1st year B. Tech degree students on 20th October 2022. The venue for the program was ICET Auditorium.The ceremony was presided by Prof. Dr. K A Navas, Principal, Ilahia College of Engineering & Technology.The program was inaugurated by the chief guest Shri. Loknath Behera, Managing Director KMRL and Former DGP of Kerala Police. He enlightened the gathering with his inaugural address.He talked about different branches of Engineering and participation of each branch in various Engineering projects. He advised to make students innovative by changing the existing teaching methodology. He also proposed a new project for our faculties and students using “Artificial Intelligence in Transportation Engineering”.
Induction Programme 2021-22
Ilahia College of Engineering and Technology has inaugurated the induction programme for 1st year 2021-25 B-tech degree students on 15th November 2021. The venue for the program was ICET Auditorium. The program was initialized by a welcome dance by ‘ Team Seniors’. The College Choir recited the prayer song to thank the Almighty for all his blessings. The welcome address was given by the head of the department science and humanities, Dr. A Jahubar Ali.The ceremony was presided by Prof. Dr. Abdul Gafur M, Principal, Ilahia College of Engineering & Technology. The presidential address was delivered by the Principal.The program was inaugurated by Prof. Dr. Vinodkumar Jacob, KTU Syndicate member, and later he enlightened the gathering with his inaugural address.The chief guest of the day was honoured by Mr. V U Sidique and a memento was handed over to the chief guest as a token of gratitude from the ICET family.College chairman Er.P H Muneer addressed the gathering and delivered the chairman’s message.Prof. Dr. V H Abdul Salam, Director ICET delivered his felicitation speech. Dr. Faisal MH, Vice Principal, Ilahia College of Engineering & Technology addressed the gathering and briefed about the academic activities and rules and regulations of APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University.Asst. Prof. Abdul Ali, Convener of Admission and Placement Cell, Ilahia College of Engineering & Technology detailed about the achievements for the past academic years.Mrs. Ninimole P, First year coordinator delivered the vote of thanks.
Induction Programme 2020-21
Ilahia College of Engineering and Technology has inaugurated the induction programme for 1st year 2020-24 B-tech degree students on 15th October 2020. The inauguration was hosted through Microsoft Teams Online Platform in the presence of College Authorities , faculty memebers, parents and students.With this online meet we got a great start for the one month induction programme.As the part of induction programme we are giving varoius sessions related to academics for the students.In addition to this we offers many relevant sessions for them like technical talks,National Service Sessions,Presentation on highlights of the college,talk on human values,Alumni interaction Session etc.

Ilahia College of Engineering and Technology has conducted one week induction programme for 1st year B-tech degree students from 23th July 2019 to 30th July 2019.
Motivation Classes, Antidrug Awareness, Stress Management, Campus Visit, Seminar on Goal setting and Human values and Industrial visit are the main programmes in the course.

Seminar on Motivational class
Resource person: Dr. John Jose, Asst. Professor IIT Guwahati.
Dr. John Jose inspired the students by his motivational speech. He advised to students to evolve as an overrated human beings by this 4 year and grab an opportunity to be a fruitful employee and asked them to be self centered rather than dependant on teachers by pointing to the example that learn fishing and not to have fish offered by others.
Stress Management
Dr. Ashita S. conducted Stress Management in each class for the first year students.
Antidrug Awareness Programme
In association with Excise Department, College organized antidrug awareness classes. Mr.Job Jose discussed the after effects that a drug addict has to face in his life. He mentioned his experiences of handling drug abuse and advised them to cop up with all the persuasions to say “No to drugs”.
Campus Visit
Campus visit was arranged by each department in connection with induction programme, through which students got familiarized with departments, labs, office workshop and canteen.
Library Visit
Two hours allotted for each department to visit library in order to understand the rules and regulations of library. They also got awareness about the books and journals available in the library.
